Where Creativity Meets Opportunity *
Our mission at Plumbline is to help restore students’ passion for the arts. Through curated lessons and culminating activities - we aim to contribute to students’ social emotional learning.
How it works
In just 3–9 months, our arts program will guide students in growing their creativity, team skills, and confidence as they come together to create a special project—celebrated in an exciting final showcase!
Your school will have its very own Performing Arts Studio. An artistic space where we practice movement, acting, and stage work - providing students with a creative outlet to build confidence and practice self expression!
My approach
☻
Personalized
We prioritize building trust with students and honoring each unique classroom dynamic. By taking time to understand each student and the energy of the room, we shape every lesson to reflect who they are. The goal is simple: to create a space where they feel seen, supported, and safe to express themselves fully.
❋
Adaptive
Art doesn’t follow straight lines—and neither does life. We encourage students to stay open, curious, and unafraid of change. Through improvisation, reflection, and play, they learn to embrace the unexpected as part of the creative journey—and of their own development.
✦
Direction
We believe that structure can be liberating when it’s rooted in care. We offer students the space to slow down, listen inward, and learn how to bring their ideas to life with both heart and skill. Our program builds habits of patience, reflection, and responsibility, helping students grow holistically into confident, thoughtful contributors to their communities.
✿
Rooted
We use storytelling, conversation, and creativity to link lessons to the realities they live—and the futures they can shape. By grounding our work in themes they care about, we help them see that their voices matter, their ideas have power, and they have a place in shaping culture, community, and change.
We asked the school community …
How has the lack of arts in student’s education affected them?
“
They are overwhelmed with their workload and less adept at self reflection + sharing their thoughts/feelings in a healthy manner.
“
Students are not as engaged or motivated to come to school or complete their assignments. Low morale across the board. Students are eager to creatively express themselves.
